Our high frequency (HF) expertise is the cornerstone of our business; when purchasing equipment from us you are benefiting from 40 years of experience and uninterrupted development. This range of transistorised induction heaters operate between 50kHz and 150kHz with models ranging from 5kW and upwards.

The ISM HF 5kW to 20kW range can be bench mounted as the photograph above. An optional floor mounting cabinet can be utilised to house a multiple workhead changeover switch facility, a job specific control system or for general storage. Water coolers can also be supplied to take the place of the floor mounting cabinet providing an extremely compact system.

The induction heaters in the ISM HF Range are very compact and incorporate a parallel tuned tank circuit for maximum application flexibility and voltage feedback for optimum stability. The remote workhead, onto which the work coil is fitted, can be positioned at distance from the induction heater. Multiple workheads can also be employed with the use of a changeover switch.
